Mountain West Smoked Meats started 20 years ago after my first taste of these delicious smoked meats.  I made a goal to take my business to the customers and would drive up and down Utah every day to meet my customers.  I found that people loved jerky and the more flavors I added, the happier they were.  

I personally source out the meat from different distributors so that my customers get the best meat, which is always hand cut and smoked. The meats are packaged and sealed on site to ensure that it retains its flavor for our customers.
